Professional Development

The Course is intended for educational purposes only and is designed to enhance participants' skills in GelX application and nail art techniques. This is not a course for learning medical grade nail training. While every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the instructor cannot guarantee the results or outcomes of individual participants. This course is tailored for cosmetic nail application and artistic design purposes and does not encompass training for medical or professional nail technician services. Participants are advised to pursue specialized training and certification if they intend to offer nail services to clients.

Non-Transferable Content

All training materials, including but not limited to instructional videos, handouts, and presentations, are proprietary and owned by KWKLAWS. Participants are granted access to these materials solely for the purpose of personal development and may not be transferred, shared, or resold to third parties without prior written consent from KWKLAWS.

Intellectual Property

The Course content, including any copyrighted materials, trademarks, or proprietary information, remains the exclusive property of KWKLAWS. Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any Course content for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability 

KWKLAWS and its instructors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Course, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of revenue, or damage to property. Participants assume all risks associated with their participation in the Course.

Participant Responsibility
